Most items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging with tags intact.
Personal care items, innerwear, food & beverages, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.
Go to My Orders, open the relevant order, and click "Request Return / Exchange". Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
